During the 6 weeks we'll have a special Beginner Friendly classes starting in
Gi BJJ - Coombs 6pm Monday & Wednesday

No Gi BJJ - Woden 7pm Tuesday & Thursday

During the regular classes we'll pair everyone from the course together so you'll really get to know the people you're training with. Chief Instructor Tom will be your guide through the program - he's a Purple Belt in BJJ, but a martial artist with over 30yrs experience.

Beginner Classes

In the Beginners/Intro class we'll focus on all of the elements you'll need to be a competent BJJ Student and Uki (partner). How to roll at the end of the program and make sure that you're not being a complete white belt "noob".

Unlimited Class

You'll have access to the Monday BJJ class, under supervision, but you'll also have access to all of the other 4 martial arts styles and 4 fitness programs we run. So make the most of it.

BJJ Uniform (Gi)

Included in the single price for the program is a Dragon BJJ Gi - this is an entry level Brazilian JiuJitsu uniform and perfect for beginners. This will also save you wasting time and money getting a really expensive Uniform just to get started. How cool is that!
