Hey Legend, I'm Chief Instructor Tom here at Canberra Martial Arts.
In case you've missed all the details here’s the low down again…
➡️ You’ll be getting coached by our BJJ Black Belt Instructors and training with other Beginners here in Woden (Phillip), Canberra 3-4 days per week 😀
➡️ Sessions will be designed to master the fundamentals, build self-confidence, discipline and strength - with the motto of “Fun, Safe, then Martial Arts”
➡️ Have support from the entire club as a beginner, every current member will be there to encourage you as you learn (Don’t forget! They all started with no experience and are 100% supportive of each other, and YOU!)
➡️ You’ll have your very own coach to hold you accountable and support you through the entire process every step of the way 🙋♂️🙋♂️
➡️ Designed to change your life through this martial art. Self-defence, critical thinking under stress and awareness of body and mind
➡️ Like all martial arts, it’s a holistic approach. That means your nutrition too… this part is awesome as it helps you with a strong body & mind AND trims and tones the entire body in the process 🍎
➡️ It’s a 12 Week Project designed for everyday guys who have had enough of the big commercial gyms and are looking to learn awesome martial arts… so no meat heads or UFC wannabe’s in sight.🙅🏻♂️
➡️ All your progress will be tracked so you can see how you improve each week which is essential for building your confidence.💪
